Where are ball valves used

Ball valves are widely used.In the two-position adjustment, sealing performance is strict, mud, wear, shrinkage channel, quick opening and closing action (1/4 opening and closing), high pressure cut-off (big pressure difference), low noise, cavitation and gasification phenomenon, a small amount of leakage to the atmosphere, small operating torque, small fluid resistance in the pipeline system, the use of ball valve is recommended.

Ball valves are also suitable for light construction, low pressure cut-off (low pressure difference), corrosive media pipeline system.

Ball valves can also be used in low temperature (cryogenic) devices and piping systems.In the oxygen piping system of the metallurgical industry, ball valves with strict degreasing treatment shall be used.

When the mains of oil and gas pipelines are buried underground, full-size welded ball valves shall be used.

When it is required to have regulating performance, it is necessary to choose a v-shaped opening of the special structure of the ball valve.

In petroleum, petrochemical, chemical, electric power, urban construction, the pipeline system with a working temperature of more than 200 degrees can use metal to metal sealed ball valves.
